Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: No, and yes. Smoking is not permitted inside the condominium. This is a building wide policy with a hefty fine attached for violators. Smoking is, however, permitted on the balcony, where a super cool 1950’s industrial ash tray is provided for you.

Q: May I bring my pet?

A: No. Under rare circumstances, a pet may be allowed with special permission and a non refundable pet deposit of $200. Vintage Digs is full of hard to find and not easily replaced mid-century items which make it not very pet friendly. Exceptions are made for service dogs.

Q: How large is Vintage Digs?

A: Vintage Digs is a 720 sq. ft. one bedroom, one bath condominium that can accommodate 2 people.
